Duties:

Wash and sanitize, dish's including pots and pans.
Mop floors, put away dishes and clean the kitchen at the end of the night.
Occasional prep is done along with firewood stacking.

A meal is included with each shift. meals include pizza, burgers, quesadillas, etc.
